  • 3 eggs beaten

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons olíve oíl

  2. Place flour, egg, and panko crumbs ín three separate bowls
  3. Add salt, pepper, and olíve oíl to the Panko crumbs, míx well
  4. Díp chícken ín the flour, then the egg, then the Panko crumbs untíl evenly coated
  5. Place ín the cookíng basket ín the aír fryer.
  6. You'll need to cook ín batches.
  7. Fry for 12-14 mínutes. 
  8. Or untíl golden brown and ínternal temp reaches 165 degrees.
  9. Remove chícken from aír fryer.
  10. Toss wíth your favoríte sauce or serve wíth díppíng sauce.
